I can’t access my account, what do I do?

If you are having trouble accessing your account, it’s possible your username and password are incorrect. To retrieve your username or password, click here and your log in credentials will be sent to the email address you have on file. If you still can’t access your account, please contact Customer Service for assistance at 866-351-9586 (US) or 781-839-7990 (worldwide).

Why can’t I see my domains when I search for them?

If your domains are not showing in search, it’s possible they are still pending review. Domains are reviewed within 1-2 business days, prior to active listings in order to maintain the quality and integrity of the marketplace for our members. To view the status of your domains, log into your account and select “My Dashboard”. What browsers does Afternic support?

Afternic supports Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, up to FireFox 3.5, Chrome, and Safari. If you are having trouble with Afternic, we suggest you use a supported browser. How come I can’t log into my DiscussNames account?
