Question Icon How do I order an appraisal?

To order an appraisal, sign up for an Afternic account.  Once you log in, click on “order an appraisal” located on the left hand side of the dashboard.  We will email you a report with the current market value of the domain within 1-2 business days.

TIP: If you are selling the domain, we recommend you link your appraisal to your listing.  This will increase your sales velocity.

The Afternic appraisal team references three dozen data points, 10 years of domain sales data, proprietary software & algorithms, as well as statistical traits in order to determine domain valuations. Each name is also reviewed by an actual person (a professional domain appraiser) to ensure fair market value.

Question Icon How can I link, or unlink my Afternic appraisal to my sales listing?

Under your Appraisal History, there is an appraisal link next to each of your domains. If you choose to link an appraisal, simply click the link and it will display a small icon next to your active listing.  This is helpful with domain sales, as this signifies to the buyer that the domain has been professionally appraised by Afternic, which helps build the confidence and trust needed to close the deal.  To unlink the appraisal, simply click “unlink.”
